Cacao (or Cocoa), one of the world’s most popular soft commodity originates from the tropical climates in South America, gets its name from Maya and Aztec cultures where the Theobroma Cacao tree is sacred amongst them.

Cacao is a rich source of antioxidants such as procyanidins and flavonoids, specifically epicatechin, which may have beneficial effects on cardiovascular health. Cacao is a stimulant and contains the compounds theobromine and caffeine (Cacao beans contain between 0.1% and 0.7% caffeine).

We can provide Organic and Conventional Cocoa / Cacao products such as Cacao Powder, Cacao Butter, Cacao Nibs starting from pallet quantities to full container loads direct from origin or from our warehouses in Rotterdam through our Dutch division Osiedle Centroom B.V. and in New Jersey through our US division Osiedle Centroom LLC.
