Turkey is the largest producer of Hazelnuts, which is excellent source of vitamin E, good source of dietary fiber, manganese, copper and Omega 9 and brings many health benefits.
Hazelnuts crunchy texture and flavour are pleasant in nut and fruit mixes. This nuts light bitter taste makes it perfect match for sweet and chocolate recipes. Hazelnuts are suitable to use for bakery, biscuit, chocolate, ice cream production and also as a snack.
At Osiedle Centroom, we supply Organic and Conventional Hazelnuts at our BRC certified factory in Free Trade Zone Izmir, Turkey and also keeping stocks in Rotterdam through our Dutch company Osiedle Centroom B.V.

Roasted & Blanched Hazelnut Kernels
Type: Organic and Conventional Roasted and Blanched Hazelnut Kernels. Natural hazelnut kernels are processed with heat, skin is peeled and the hazelnut kernel takes its roasted form with 5% skin and 0.8-3% desired humidity level.

Natural & Roasted Diced Hazelnuts
Type: Organic and Conventional Naturel and Roasted Diced Hazelnuts. Hazelnult Kernels cut into smaller pieces with 0.8-3% desired humidity level and 5-30% skin.
- Size: Any size between 0-12 mm.
- Packaging: 10, 25 kg vacuum bags in cartons.
Natural & Roasted Hazelnut Meal (Flour)
Type: Organic and Conventional Natural, Blanched or Roasted Hazelnut kernels grinded into powder form with 4-6% humidity.
